This textbook includes 70 chapters contributed by an exceptional group of experts in all areas of hepato-pancreato-biliary diseases, bringing a multi-disciplinary approach to treatments. The book is designed to cover all aspects of the liver and pancreatic anatomy and pathology, as well as therapy. The topics are comprehensively reviewed, and as well as summarizing the previous works, the authors provide discussions of practice-changing techniques and approaches to therapy of HBP cancers. Treating the diseases in hepato-pancreato-biliary regions is particularly difficult due to the complex anatomy, aggressive biological behavior, and poor prognosis. Tratat de chirurgie hepato-bilio-pancreatica si transplant hepatic editia 2
La început de an 2022, lansăm, sub coordonarea Prof. Irinel Popescu, mult așteptata ediție a II-a a Tratatului de Chirurgie HBP si Transplant hepatic, care se prezintă într-o forma modernă, electronică. In plus, vine cu o noutate absolută, cel puțin pentru România, fiind o ediție continuu revizuită si adăugită. Acest format inovativ va permite actualizarea permanentă a subiectelor tratate de către experții în domeniu din grupul nostru editorial, fiecare din ele in dinamica lor specifică, cunoscut fiind faptul ca in anumite subdomenii, cum sunt chirurgia rezectivă regenerativă sau variante tehnice de transplant hepatic, progresele sunt anuale, in timp ce in alte subdomenii, cum este anatomia, progresele sunt mai lente sau chiar absente. În acest context, ne propunem o cadență cincinală a edițiilor, astfel încât ediția a III-a urmează a fi publicată in 2027. Eforturile noastre în acest proiect se concentrează pentru a oferi celor interesați în această subspecialitate spectaculoasă dar dificilă informațiile necesare pentru parcurgerea curbei de învățare dar și pentru actualizarea cunoștințelor celor deja cu experiență în domeniu.
